WEEK 01

Trusting The Flow

 

Explore how to release the need for control and trust life’s natural flow. We’ll focus on embodying softness, allowing yourself to be carried and supported by the currents of life. You'll learn the fundamental principles of Qi and how to sense its presence within and around you. Through gentle movements and breathing exercises, you will begin to release stress and rigidity, opening up to a more balanced and serene state of being. This foundational module sets the stage for deeper exploration and practice in the weeks to come.

WEEK 02

Harmonizing Yin and Yang


In the second week, we delve into the dynamic interplay of the Yin and Yang energies within and without. You'll learn to recognize and balance these complementary forces through specific Qi Gong practices and Qi Flows. By understanding and harmonizing Yin and Yang, you will cultivate a deeper sense of equilibrium and inner peace. This module will empower you to create a more balanced and centered approach to everyday life.

WEEK 03

Embracing the Elemental Flow


In this module, we will dive deep into the wisdom of the elements—wood, fire, earth, metal and water—and explore how they influence both our inner and outer worlds. Through guided movement flows and practices, you will learn to embody the unique character of each element, sensing its energy and expression within your body. We’ll focus on the natural transitions between the elements, teaching you to move fluidly with their rhythms and cycles. This week is about awakening your inner connection to nature’s forces, allowing you to harness their power to bring balance, adaptability, and flow into your life.

WEEK 04

Integrating Qi Flow into daily Life


In the final week, we bring all the elements together, integrating your newfound skills and insights into daily routines. You'll learn practical techniques for maintaining your Qi flow, even amidst the busyness of modern life. This module emphasizes creating a sustainable practice that supports ongoing growth and well-being. By the end of this week, you will have a personalized Qi Gong routine that seamlessly fits into your everyday life, nurturing your mind, body, and spirit.
