A Little Bit About Me.

We All Start Somewhere.

Hi, I'm Catharina

My journey with spirituality began in early childhood, when I was accompanied by a deep sensitivity that allowed me to sense beyond the world of the seen. This connection to the unseen, to that which lies beyond the graspable, has always been my guiding star.

This spiritual path led me to the sacred temples of Wudang, China, where I immersed myself in the traditional training of Tai Chi, Qi Gong, and Wudang internal martial arts under the guidance of renowned masters. I dedicated myself fully to this journey, training intensively to absorb the profound wisdom of these ancient practices.

Through years of rigorous training, I’ve learned to harmonize strength with softness, both in practice and in life. My expertise lies in crafting creative flows that embody the essence of these arts, allowing me to express their timeless wisdom through dynamic movement and harmonious Qi Flows.

Join me on a journey that has been unfolding since childhood—a journey that continues to evolve, inviting you to connect with the unseen, discover the harmony within, and experience the depth of traditional practices refined through a lifetime of dedication.

My Approach

My approach to Qi Flows, Sword Flows, and Movement Rituals is a living bridge between ancient wisdom and modern life. Rooted in the profound traditions of Wudang Internal Martial Arts, Qi Gong, Tai Ji, and Chinese Swordsmanship, my teachings honor the depth of the lineage while breathing creative vitality into each practice.

What makes this journey unique is not just the tradition we stand upon — but the way we bring it to life. I believe these arts are not relics of the past, but living, breathing rivers of wisdom meant to nourish the present. I distill their essence and offer it in a way that feels vibrant, grounded, and deeply relevant to your everyday experience.

This is not a path of striving or chasing distant ideals. It is a homecoming.
Fulfillment, vitality, and courage already live within you — and through these flowing practices, we awaken them together. My work invites you into embodied presence, where movement becomes meditation, the sword becomes an extension of the soul, and the energy of life itself flows through you with renewed clarity and freedom.

At the heart of my philosophy is a simple, powerful truth: You have already arrived.
There is nowhere you need to get to — only the wonder of what is already here to be lived, felt, and expressed. By moving from this place of innate fullness, you begin to walk your path with rooted freedom and vibrant authenticity.

I warmly invite you to step into this journey of discovery and embodiment.
Together, we will celebrate the beauty of the flowing Qi, the grace of the sword, and the timeless wisdom of the internal arts — all while awakening the power and light that are already yours.

Testimonials

Let Others Inspire You.

"Due to bone cancer at the age of 16 my shoulder blade had to be removed. Therefore the movement ability of my arm was severely restricted. With increasing age this had more and more effects on the health of my spine and much more. I fell in love with Tai Chi since I joined the first seminar with Catharina. Through seminars and 1:1 sessions with Catharina, I learned how I can nourish and strengthen my arm in a gentle way through flowing movements. Catharina has a special gift, that she transmits through her way of Tai Chi from heart to heart.
